Registration
Only Scouts from Potawatomi Trails District or Scouts sponsored by an MBU instructor may register through January 24th (contact
MeritBadgeU@aol.com to find out how you can volunteer at MBU). After January 24th, registration is open to all Boy Scouts on a first come first serve basis.

Due to the complexity of scheduling Merit Badge University, we cannot honor requests to schedule groups, buddies, entire troops or entire patrols into classes. All scheduling is done on an individual Scout basis. Units are strongly encouraged to submit their registrations as a group when using online registration (see Scoutmaster's Batch Register).
Fees
Early registration fee is $20.00 per person, and $27.00 after January 31st. The fee includes a hot lunch and the official 2010 MBU patch. If offered, there is an additional charge for scuba, Red Cross certified CPR and Red Cross certified First Aid. Make all checks payable to Three Fires Council with "Event # 6801-231-20" in the memo box.
Incomplete registrations, early out-of-district registrations, and registrations that are not paid within 10 days will be cancelled and the class reservations will be released. There are absolutely no refunds after February 24th.
Payment
Jan 8th through Jan 24th: $20.00 (Potawatomi Trails District and sponsored Scouts Only)
Jan 25th through Feb 24th: $27.00 (Open to all Scouts)
On-Site: $27.00 (New Scouts Only)
All payments must be received at the Scout Shops by the close of registration on Feb. 20th regardless of how or when you registered. Online payments will be accepted through Feb 20th. There are absolutely no refunds after the close of registration on Feb 20th.
